  • Zahan aapko dard, guilt, gussa, gham aur pareshani deta hai.

  • Jab aap haal mein jeete hain, to aap zehni awaazon se azaad ho jaate hain.

  • Asli “main” aapke zehan se alag hai — wo ek khamosh shaahid hai.

Dukh Ka Asal Zarriya: Time aur Ego

Tolle yeh wazahat karte hain ke insaan ka sabse bara dukh waqt se chimte rehne ki aadat hai. Maazi ka gham ya mustaqbil ka darr hamesha insan ke “ego” se judaa hota hai. Ego humein yeh mehsoos karwata hai ke hum mukammal nahi, ke humein kuch aur chahiye, ke jo humare paas hai wo kafi nahi.

  1. Apni Saanson ka Sha’ur hasil karein: Jab aap apni sanson par tawajju dete hain, to aapka zahan waqt-e-haal mein aa jata hai. Saans lena aik aisa amal hai jo hamesha “abhi” mein hota hai.

  2. Body Awareness: Aankhein band kar ke apne jism ko mehsoos karna — jaise haathon ka bojh, sine ki garmi, gardan ka halka bojh — yeh sab cheezein aapko waqt-e-haal se jor deti hain.

  3. Zehni Guftagu se Waqfah: Apne zehan mein chalti hui baton ka mushahida karna, bina un mein uljne ke — isay Tolle “witness consciousness” kehte hain.

  4. Acceptance: Har haal ko jis tarah hai us tarah qabool karna, bina complain kiye, bina usay tabdeel karne ki koshish kiye. Acceptance se resistance khatam hota hai aur sukoon aata hai.

Roohani Tabaadla-e-Khayal

  • Khuda koi shakhsiyat nahi, balke aik presence hai.

  4. Bodily Presence: Apne jism ko feel kijiye. Jism mein rehna zehan se nikalne ka behtareen tareeqa hai.

  5. “Clock Time” aur “Psychological Time” mein farq samajhiye: Planning ke liye waqt ka istemaal theek hai (clock time), lekin emotional burden lena (psychological time) nuqsan deh hai.
